Crazy M

The journey has begun. Maria and I have now lived together for ten days. There have been many ups and downs during those times, but definitely more ups than downs. Through this experience, I am really learning a lot. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be a better person as a result of this time with my girl. Here are a few ways in which I have improved as a person in just a short while:

1) I now make my bed every day as I excpect this of Crazy M.
2) I now wash the dishes immediately after each meal.
3) Speaking of meals...I now cook. Yes, truly a miracle.
4) I mop my floor at least every other day.
5) I am in bed by 10:30 every night.
6) I leave school by 4:15 every day.
7) I read my Bible and pray every night with Crazy M.
8) Every morning I do devotions with my girl.

Even before Crazy M moved in, I was very aware of the eyes of so many students, watching me. They look to me to set an example. Because of that, I have gone to great lengths to be an indivual worthy of their admiration. In other words, I am trying to be more like Jesus. Having one of my students live with me has only made the process of refinement even more intense.
